Angela works mainly on recruitment for Nekton and Ocean Census, and also assists with the day-to-day administration of the Finance and Central Operations team. Angela joined Nekton following a five-year career break during which she had two children. Before that, Angela dabbled in guidebook writing, safari selling, travel marketing, HR and teaching English as a foreign language as well as spending several of her younger years backpacking to various far-flung places. These days, Angela’s spare time is mostly spent with her husband and children, but given the chance she’d love to be climbing up a mountain, or skiing down one.
