Taxonomic Remarks
The unique morphology of the stylet of Promesostoma sp.3 is not comparable to any known species of Promesostoma, and, therefore, the validity of the new species is warrantied. This species also remarkable small (385 µm long), being one of the smallest known rhabdocoel.

Description of Material
Species of Promesostoma 385 µm long, with eyes. Male copulatory bursa present, small, located on the proximal part of the stylet and beside the pharynx. Stylet situated beside the pharynx, with two shoulder-shaped turns (one proximally and one at midpoint), 75–78 µm long (x¯ = 77 µm; n = 3). The proximal tubular half of the stylet is 4 µm wide at midpoint, and the distal part 2–3 µm wide. The prostate and the single seminal vesicles are oriented backwards; prostate vesicle situated beside the pharynx and the seminal one latero-posteriorly. Distally, the male atrium contains a few glands.
