Taxonomic Remarks
This species is closest to Anachis sp nov10. It differs from this species by its straigher whorls, more incised suture and the higher number of axial ribs, Anachis incisa Monsecour & Monsecour, 2016 shares the slightly incised suture, but differs by its bigger size, lower number of axial ribs on the first teleoconch whorl and its semi-translucent protoconch.

Description of Material
Shell of small size for the genus, adult size up to 3.6 mm; fusifom, elongate. Slightly translucent. Rather straight whorls. Suture slightly incised. Protoconch paucispiral, consisting of about 1.3 smooth whorls. Transition to teleoconch clearly visible. Teleoconch consisting of about 3.5 whorls. Axial sculpture on all whorls, consisting of axial ribs with rather narrow interspaces. There are 17 ribs on the first teleoconch whorl, diminishing very whorl in number to 12 on the last whorl. Last axial rib close to the aperture much stronger, penultimate and third last rib very weak. Spiral sculpture absent apart from the basal cords, which are clearly present and reach to the adapical end of the columella. Aperture rather narrow for the genus, about 48% of shell height. Outside of outer lip with the continuation of the basal cords on the abapical end. Inside of outer lip with a weak sinus and with 5 denticles. Columellar callus clearly present, slightly raised, with a rim of semi-merged denticles. Parietal callus weaker, but clearly present. Siphonal canal short, open, slightly recurved. Teleoconch and aperture smightly translucent white. Columella white. Protoconch not translucent white. Height of holotype: 3.5 mm
Ecology
Direct developing species with paucispiral protoconch, so non planctotrophic larvae. Most likely endemic.
