Kristina is a dedicated People & Culture Officer who oversees operational HR functions such as recruitment, talent development, policy implementation, and annual appraisals. She actively collaborates with the leadership team to shape and execute the overall People Strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Kristina’s HR background spans the private and public sectors, including technology, marketing, healthcare, hospitality, and non-profits. She understands HR’s critical role in organizational success, evidenced by her successful implementation of Learning & Development, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), employee engagement, and well-being initiatives.
Kristina is a sustainability advocate and active volunteer, supporting the planet and community through diverse projects. She believes that every effort, no matter how small, contributes to the collective effort of making the world a better place and protects the environment for current and future generations.
