Katherin Pertsinidis

Katherin is Chief Operating Officer of Nekton and Operations Director at Ocean Census, and is inspired by delivering sustainable growth and impact, through a people-first approach to operations.
Previously, as Managing Director of The Biodiversity Consultancy, she played a key role in shaping an academic/pure science start-up to become today’s premium science-based consultancy. She created the business functions, policies and practice necessary for a scaling business and steered the organisation through rapid growth. Katherin started her career in publishing and communications with roles in Pearson Plc and RNIB.
